"Hi Sally
Just wanted to say a big thank you for Billy’s birthday party at your lovely home with the birds. I was running out of ideas of what to do next for his birthday and he admitted to me that it was the best party yet. You were a lot of fun with the children and the quiz was a brilliant idea. Billy has fallen in love with Crystal the Barn Owl and also Timber the Great Grey Owl and loved the Owl Book you gave him as a gift. I am going to be pressured now to get him an owl but I think that he needs to wait until he is older and more responsible to take on such a big commitment.
I will recommend you to all my friends as it was a brilliant day.
Many regards"

"Thank you so much for a wonderful and informative falconry day, we felt at home with you straight away.  We were really impressed with the lunch, as we were just expecting sandwiches!
The Victoria sponge - well that was also wonderful.
We have some amazing photos and videos. I think it was a surprise for my guests to see me handling the Hawk, and the Barn Owl, I rather liked him!

I think we all had an affinity with one bird or another, and agreed if we lived closer, we would happily help out occasionally, but sadly too far to commit regularly.
We finished our evening with a family meal - we don't often all get together these days - and went to bed saying what a great day!"
