We offer Falconry Experience Days in West Sussex (full and half days) covering all aspects of general husbandry, training and handling of birds of prey, as well as free-flying.
A Typical Falconry Experience Day
Successful Falconry Experience Days are obviously dependant on dry weather and will be re-scheduled if cancelled. We recommend wearing dark, comfortable clothing and suitable walking shoes.
The day begins at around 10.00am with tea/coffee and an introduction to the birds and the history of Falconry.
We break at midday for a home prepared lunch, then you will be offered the chance to handle the birds, make equipment and receive expert tuition regarding the steps of training.
The day concludes with free flying in the training field. Tea/coffee is provided ready for your journey home.

Falconry for Beginners... 1 to 4 day falconry training courses are available for those who are seriously considering taking up the sport of Hawking and Falconry.
Light refreshments are provided on all days, and lunch on full Falconry Experience Days.
